I started this website during the COVID pandemic, when face-to-face appointments weren’t possible and I struggled to find good-quality online information to share with my patients. 

It soon became clear that from a patient’s point of view, the internet is littered with fragmented, outdated, and often misleading information. Much of it focuses on sports injuries, surgical treatments, or is influenced by commercial interests, leaving little that’s relevant to the everyday person simply trying to understand their pain or injury and help themselves.

This website was created to fill that gap — a place where you can find clear, evidence-based, and impartial information to help you better understand and manage your musculoskeletal health.
